Album Review: House Every Weekend

With the Number One success recently of the David Zowie track, House Every Weekend, Universal records have released this 3 CD compilation of house music tracks as the genre seems to be coming back into fashion.

CD1 concentrates on the recent house inspired tracks such as Blonde with I Loved You, Jess Glynne with Right Here and Clean Bandit with Real Love. After the success of electronic dance music it seems dance music is going back to the house music period from the 1990's.

CD2 looks back to classic dance tracks with a house groove such as the Robin S classic and Show Me Love, Crystal Waters and Gypsy Woman and Incognito with Always There. This was a classic period for dance music and these tracks show just why.

David Zowie gets to mix together tracks on CD3 with including Jessie Ware with Running, Disciples with They Don't Know and Dennis Ferrer with Hey Hey.

An album that looks to the past, the present and the future.
