Gig Preview: Paloma Faith In Yorkshire

Paloma Faith's star is definitely rising. Her forthcoming autumn tour, which starts at Sheffield City Hall on 28th October, has nearly sold out.

Yorkshire fans can also see her in Hull, York and Leeds on the tour.

Support comes from a promising new singer Brett Dennen.

Due to her popularity some new shows have been added next March at bigger sized venues and the tour visits Leeds Arena on Saturday 21 March.

With her commanding stage presence her performance draws on her study of mime and dance (which she studied in Leeds), combined with her powerful and unforgettable songs.

Her current album, A Perfect Contradiction, is still in the Top 20 album charts.

This UK artist is no flash in the pan. She will still be around when some of her contemporaries have faded into obscurity.
