Preview: Summer Sounds, Millennium Square, Leeds

The line up for the Summer Sounds show in Leeds Millennium Square on Saturday 6 August looks quite appealing.

The show is held in two parts with one being held earlier in the day and the second in the evening. Tickets for each show are £20.

On a more rockier tip than the pop acts appearing later in the day, Hoosiers and Toploader will no doubt kick things off in great style.

Best known for their big hit Goodbye Mr A, the Hoosiers are a cracking live act and whilst we may not be Dancing in the Moonlight so early in the day, I'm sure Toploader will still get their Yorkshire fans up on their feet.

In the evening it is the turn of the pop acts to take to the stage.

Headlined by Irish girl group B*Witched, the girl band were at the time seen as possible contenders to the pop crown worn by the Spice Girls. C'est La Vie was the track most people remember the 4 piece for.

Boy band 911 are also appearing alongside Damage, S Club Party (to S Club 7 fans that means Jo and Bradley) and Sweet Female Attitude.

Tickets are £20.00
