Graham Clark, Features Writer
Global 80's icons, Bananarama are to play a full live gig at Leeds Millennium Square on Saturday 4 August. This will be the only chance Leeds will get to see the original line up.
The trio played a sold out tour last autumn and received great reviews.
Sara Cox will warm up the fans with an 80's DJ set before Bananarama take to the stage. The gig is part of the Leeds Pride weekend.
Karen Woodward from the group said: "The concert is part of the Leeds Pride Weekend, an event that has for years united the people in celebration and we are thrilled to have been invited to perform as part of it."
Tickets for the gig go on sale on Friday 9 March and are priced £33.50 (Bronze) and £49.50 (Gold Circle)
