3 tbsp Carthy and Black Yorkshire Cream Liqueur
1 Jar of Caramel Sauce
8 Ready to Use Shortcrust Pastry Tartlets
1 Sliced Banana
250ml Double Cream
2 Galaxy Ripple Bars
Mix Carthy and Black Yorkshire Cream Liqueur with the Caramel Sauce and fill the tartlet cases.
Add three or four slices of banana to the top of the caramel.
Whisk the double cream into stiff peaks and place on top of the tartlets.
Crumple the Galaxy Bars on top and chill in the fridge before serving.
Best enjoyed beside a large glass of Carthy and Black Yorkshire Cream Liqueur.
