Families Flying High This Summer With Kids Go Free
Families look set to get their summer off to a head start and keep it closer to home thanks to a partnership between British Airways and some of the UK’s biggest airports.
The airline is offering free flights for children under 12 who travel with a full paying adult on journeys between Heathrow and Leeds, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast.
The partnership means up to two children can fly free when travelling with an adult even during the school holidays. It can be used on Euro Traveller tickets booked from now until May 13, for travel from June 1 until November 5, 2018. Find out more and book online at ba.com/kids-fly-free. Conditions apply.
Adam Daniels, British Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We know it can be a struggle to keep the kids entertained over the summer holidays and once one break from school finishes parents have to start turning their attention to the next one.
“With so many fantastic tourist attractions and activities for kids across Britain, the offer also looks set to give UK tourism a boost by encouraging families to visit London, the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland for their holidays.”
Experts from British Airways Holidays have compiled their top must-visit destinations for those looking to take advantage of this offer:
