...so what I suggest you do is to write a letter to yourself as if you were a much older version of yourself...the letter should be to offer you advice about your current life...
...the benefit of this is that you are tapping into your unique wisdom...and I feel you will find it immensely helpful...possibly reassuring...and you can write more than one letter..
