Welcome to week 21 and the next tip..
I suggest that when you are making a big decision (for yourself, of course) that you ensure you are in 'neutral', as in not especially or over optimistically happy...nor especially sad or miserable..
You see we tend to make decisions in the moment so to speak, very much affected by how we are feeling in the moment, and we may regret the decision whatever we decided.
I believe that we make the best decisions for ourselves when we are simply feeling OK.
