welcome to week 26..
choose..forgiveness or anger..
clearly it's best to forgive for all sorts of reasons..including the fact that we tend to feel better and more at peace if we are able to readily forgive others..
consider also, that bearing in mind it's 'best' to be non judgemental that even when you forgive you are indeed making a judgement that the 'other' has done something wrong..(that needs forgiveness)..
I still suggest forgiveness but I like to get you to think about what you are actually thinking..
