Welcome to week 38.

It can be a good thing to accept pain, or 'unhappiness', such as what can be experienced at the end of a relationship, no matter how it is brought about, as the cost of loving another..of being in a 'happy' relationship..

..you possibly know people who have lots of 'highs' in their life..and seem to have lots of 'lows' as well...it's the same principal..

..I think it comes down to accepting how life is, as opposed to fighting every step of the way..

..and if you are feeling low just be with it and know 'nothing lasts forever'..and if you are feeling 'good' enjoy every minute..
