Welcome to week 45
It is too easy to think that being Happy is to fill our diaries, fill our time, with activity, any activity, to fill a void...a void possibly created by our own longing for this or that or the other
..I am suggesting that every day you leave some space for yourself..space just to be...do absolutely nothing..try not to even think...if you get a thought just acknowledge and put to the side..practice helps on this..
...you could set an alarm at say 12 noon every day and take 5 mins to just be..
..in my opinion feeling and being Happy is much to do with being OK in the moment and giving ourselves the permission to just be
