Welcome to week 61
...sometimes feeling of unhappiness can come when one is simply feeling overwhelmed with one's chores, work, responsibilities and so on...if this sounds like you please do remember self-care..it can become all too easy to feel resentful and put-upon..so ensure you have, say, ten minutes every day to do nothing..
remember to ensure there is something in the diary just for you...there are 24 hours every day..even if this means getting up half an hour earlier, do try and look after yourself physically..and this will affect you emotionally..
