..this week I want to suggest that in dedicating yourself to something you are very likely to feel Happy..to explain..
..if you can focus on being a brilliant Mum, a reliable and dependable employee, a thoughtful and understanding friend, a caring and loving partner, a considerate and kind parent and so on, I consider the happier you shall feel..
...whichever you choose it needs to be something you personally really care about and perhaps even something you would like people to say or remember about you..
you see, I think it's important that we all try to be the very best we can be..in counselling we name this as Actualising..being the best human being we can possible be..
and of course at different ages and stages of life, different elements of life will be our focus..
