Welcome to week 68

do you ever get the feeling of being overwhelmed with stuff to do..and really get that lists create lists..

so with this in mind my tip is to take a piece of paper, put your name in the middle and date it..and create what I term as a Mind Map..all around the circle name all the things going on for you...all the good and all the bad...and many of these 'issues' will lead onto to other issues going on..

and then I advise a deep breath!..and simply accept that you have a lot going on..just accept you have a lot of responsibilities ..because, you see, I think it's when we try and be perfect and try and be super woman or super man that we get stressed..we deny ourselves peace...

the interesting thing also to note is in a month or a year and you look back you can get that you got through your 'stuff' this time and so you shall again

and this peace of mind brings a certain form of Happiness!
