..good morning dear followers..here is this week's tip
following on from the I'm OK You're OK way of being, I want to share I'm OK and you are Not OK scenario.
We may be like this. Or we may suffer from another who thinks/behaves like this. My tip is based upon being able to deal with others that you find it difficult to deal with.
This style of being is noted by things such as their thoughts that everything they do is right, the proper way of doing it, indeed the only way of saying or doing it...also that everything that others do is wrong, waste of time, will not work and so on..say things like 'move out of the way I shall do it' and always in a certain tone that could make you feel you have just crawled out from under a stone!
If you suffer from this type of interaction with anyone you really don't have to accept it. I suggest challenging it. My favourite is 'where is that coming from?'
If on the other hand you are the one that thinks you are always right and others always in the wrong I suggest, kindly, that you challenge yourself to consider why you are as you are..you may be making others around you very unhappy..
