I suggest when you are thinking about how you are feeling to say to yourself, or others if you wish, 'I am feeling happy...or I am feeling sad...or I am feeling anxious and so on..
..in other words, don't personally hold onto the thoughts...let them be simply feelings..
..also...resist saying 'I am unhappy' and so on...focus on 'I am feeling unhappy'...
..because you see feelings change..trust me on this!
