Heating Style Wins An Award From Theo Paphitis
A Crosshills‐based firm received a business boost from TV Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis. Last week, Paul Johnson, owner of Heating Style who are a trading name of Crimson Bear Ltd, tweeted Theo about his business during "Small Business Sunday", an initiative set up by Theo that runs weekly.
Theo re‐tweeted Paul’s message to his 500,000 followers and as a result, the business www.heating-style.co.uk has over 300 more followers and new business opportunities. Paul and his business partner Andrew Smith met Theo at the annual event for #SBS winners in Birmingham last Friday. They are also profiled on a new website www.theopaphitissbs.com that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.
Paul Johnson said:
“Remarkably, this is the second time one of my businesses has been honoured to win an award from Theo; The-Ladder-Barn.co.uk was a winner in 2013. Heating Style specialises in selling unique designer radiators and counts B&Q, Victoria Plum, Homebase and Screwfix amongst its customer base. It is great to have support from Theo because it’s been tough trying to raise our profile and Theo has recognised our hard work and helped spread the word about what we do to his followers.”
Anyone looking for a re‐tweet from Theo should tweet him about their business on Sundays between 5.00 PM and 7.30 PM and include the hashtag #SBS. Six lucky businesses are re‐tweeted every Monday at 8.00 PM and then invited to enter their profile on the new website. This is done free of charge and the new website is sponsored by Ryman Stationery, where Theo is Chairman.
