Jet2 Expands Ski Runs Out Of LBA
Jet2.com has announced a new ski route to Turin in Italy out of Leeds Bradford Int. Airport, giving local snow enthusiasts an even bigger piste of the travel action this coming Winter.

The announcement brings to five the number of ski destinations Jet2.com flies to out of LBA with more than 60,000 ski seats now on sale.

The legacy of Turin’s 2006 Winter Olympics means skiers can enjoy fast, hassle-free transfers to well-facilitated skiing villages boasting spectacular downhill runs and modern lift systems. As well as providing a gateway to 400km of piste at the Milky Way ski area, Turin also provides access to several major Italian ski resorts such as Cervinia, Courmayeur, Vars, Le Corbier, Sestriere and Pila.

Flights will be on Saturday mornings between late December and mid-April, giving skiers more time to enjoy the slopes.

The leading leisure airline already operates to Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg and Barcelona (Andorra) so the addition of Turin also adds Italy’s best Alpine ski resorts to an already impressive list.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said:
“As the only airline flying to the slopes from Leeds Bradford Airport, we are delighted to be giving customers even more choice thanks to the addition of flights to Turin. We expect this to be an enormously popular route.”
