Marco Pierre White To Visit Hull Restaurant
Graham Clark, Features Writer
The celebrated Chef, Marco Pierre White is to visit his restaurant in Hull on Tuesday 27 November. The chef who started his career at The Box Tree in Ilkley will be signing copies of his book at the Hull restaurant which is situated on the ground floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
When he visited the Sheffield restaurant he was more than happy to pose for photos and sign autographs and he even told me about the famous black and white chair that sits at the entrance to all of his restaurants - apparently he is not fond of them, they were bought as a job lot as he explained to me!
The Manchester City fan said that he thought the chairs were the colours of Newcastle United. Hopefully his visit to Hull might sprinkle some luck on Hull City Football Club.
