A Sustainable Electric Car Staycation

With the sale of electric cars enjoying record levels, here’s a couple of holiday cottage suggestions that might be just the ticket if battery charging is your thing!

The open-plan living space offers ample places to relax, with a large kitchen and range of appliances to whip up a home cooked meal together before watching a movie.
Visitors can charge their electric cars at the pay as you use charging point before walking into the village centre, which has a selection of quaint pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Alternatively, hop in the car and head over to Hebden Bridge to check out the National Trust site of Hardcastle Crags and woodland valley.

Keen walkers can tackle the various routes nearby while their car charges at Yr Hen Oriel, and those who prefer a more leisurely activity can enjoy a ride on the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the summit of Snowdon.
