AWB Charlesworth Solicitors of Keighley, Skipton, Bradford and Bingley are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the Dementia Friendly Keighley Dementia Recognition Award and Symbol.

Dementia Friendly Keighley is playing a vital role in creating such a supportive community and awareness of dementia, by working towards becoming a dementia friendly community. Volunteers from the group have provided training sessions for the private client and reception team at the firm and it is hoped that this will enable staff to provide additional support to clients and visitors living with Dementia. If other organisations would like to get involved they can contact DFK on 07452 773788.

Mark Shaw, solicitor in the private client department and Director based in the Keighley office said “we are very pleased to have been awarded the Recognition Award. It is really important for us as a local business to take steps to becoming dementia friendly. We hope to support Keighley Dementia Friendly moving forward and recognise the fantastic work and support that they provide to the community.”
