Askern Music Festival Returns To Doncaster This Summer

Askern Music Festival are proud to announce that they are back with a bang for 2021.

The Doncaster based live music festival announced they were going ahead on Saturday 10th July 2021 after postponing the 2020 festival due to the virus.

This is the fifth year for the family-friendly festival, after hosting in previous years such bands as The Pigeon Detectives, Scouting For Girls, Toploader, Cast, Starsailor. Askern Music Festival is snowballing, becoming bigger and better year on year with the 2021 line-up living up to the reputation of attracting the big bands to Doncaster.

Andy O’Grady, founder of Askern Music Festival said:

“We’re so pleased to be back. As everybody will know we had to postpone the 2020 festival to 2021, but luckily we kept the same line up.

"We’re excited that bands such as Feeder, The Coral and Republica are coming to Doncaster to play our main stage, plus Chris Helme (The Seahorses), Mark Morriss (The Bluetones) and Nigel Clark (Dodgy) in our huge acoustic tent. We love our festival and so do our community”.

Askern Music Festival takes place on Saturday 10th July 2021 at Askern Welfare Cricket Club in Askern, Doncaster, gates open at 12 midday.

Tickets are currently on sale via www.Askernmusicfestival.co.uk priced at £25 adults, £15 juniors and under 11’s are free. Family tickets are also available for £65 (2x adults/2x Junior)
