At Home Retreat Packages From Adventure Yogi

Brighton-based travel and wellbeing company, Adventure Yogi, is innovating during the Covid-19 Lockdown by introducing ‘At Home’ retreat packages for those in desperate need of a little restoration!

You can now get ‘That Retreat Feeling’ as the company introduces its world-class yoga retreats to you digitally.

So, set aside time in your lockdown schedule to look after your well-being and enjoy a day of self-care to de-stress, refocus and find calm, with content from yoga teachers and chef teams including classes, meditations, activities, and workshops.

Adventure Yogi’s DIY At-home Retreats allow the user full control over their retreat experience. Simply choose a day that suits your schedule, select a morning and evening yoga session from up to 14 live classes from Adventure Yogi’s online yoga studio, download your customisable at-home retreat pack depending on your mood and you’re set to go.

Prices for the DIY At-home Retreats start from £21 (including the downloadable retreat and two yoga classes).

Michelle King, company director and founder, Adventure Yogi, said:“The current situation has brought a lot of uncertainty and stress to all of us and we’ve seen from our customer base that one of the things they’re really missing is the structure of the day-to-day.

"That Retreat Feeling gives us a chance to deliver some of the elements of our usual retreat offering in an affordable and convenient way and help to relax and revitalise in a way that suits various lifestyles.”

For a more interactive and pre-structured at-home retreat, Adventure Yogi is also hosting its first-ever Virtual At-home Retreat tomorrow (23rd May), digitally bringing its team of yoga teachers and chefs into homes around the world.

Available to book immediately for £27 (or £15 for keyworkers), the retreat includes the above package, in addition to live sessions and access to a private Facebook group community offering support and Q&As with Adventure Yogi’s teachers.

The virtual retreat will also run on 27 and 28 June, and 18 and 19 July.

Adventure Yogi’s online yoga studio offers up to 14 live virtual classes a week, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin and HIIT from just £3 per class*.
