CCS 2000 Shortlisted For Top Rural Awards
A North Yorkshire IT Support provider has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2019/20 Rural Business Awards.

CCS 2000, based in Melmerby, Ripon, will now battle it out against fellow rural businesses, entrepreneurs and enterprises from across the region for a place at the national final.

The awards are held in partnership with Amazon.

CCS has been nominated in both the North Best Rural Professional Services and the Best Rural Digital, Communications or Media Business categories. CCS has been successfully providing computer, website and IT support services across the UK for over 25 years. Customer satisfaction is key when it comes to their business since it is built on repeat business and personal recommendations.

Speaking after being shortlisted for the awards, CCS Managing Director Guy Phoenix commented: "We're absolutely delighted to be nominated in not just one but two categories for the Rural Business Awards. We've overhauled our business and service levels for our customers in the past 4 years, and the nominations are a reflection of the hard work put in by the entire team at CCS”.

The Awards are organised by rural business for rural business with the aim of celebrating the achievements of rural businesses and developing a strong network for rural business owners.

Director and Co-Founder of The Rural Business Awards, Anna Price, said: “The 2019/20 Awards have seen record numbers of entries and it’s encouraging to see so many rural businesses express a desire to celebrate their successes on a regional and national scale. We are passionate about creating a nurturing environment where rural businesses can develop, and this starts by showcasing the great work they do. On behalf of everyone at the Rural Business Awards, we want to say well done to CCS 2000, and all the shortlisted businesses, and wish them luck ahead of the regional finals.”

The Rural Business Awards is the brainchild of Leicestershire businesswomen Anna Price and Jemma Clifford, who wanted to showcase the wealth of entrepreneurial talent in rural areas of Britain.
