Celebrate National Tea Day With These Boozy Tea Infused Cocktails

National Tea Day is Wednesday 21 April, so why not try one of these quality tea infused cocktails from the makers of Slingsby Gin. Here are their top three to create at home.

Mo-tea-to - bring the twist of tea to a classic summer cocktail

Ingredients:
50ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
50ml Green Tea
6 Mint or Basil Leaves
50ml Apple Juice

Method:
Build all ingredients in a tall glass over crushed ice.
Top with cloudy lemonade.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a basil or mint sprig.

Yorkshire Iced Tea - celebrate everything Yorkshire with this cocktail which uses two major Yorkshire brands

Ingredients:
50ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
50ml Yorkshire Tea
25ml Elderflower Cordial

Method:
Add hot water to Yorkshire teabag and allow to cool.
Fill tall glass with ice.
Add all ingredients including the tea and stir thoroughly.
Garnish with lemon wedge.

Rhubarb Iced Tea - inspired by summer days, this fruity iced tea never tasted so good

Ingredients:
30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
50ml Raspberry Tea
Handful of Mint
Bar Spoon of Sugar

Method:
Add hot water to raspberry teabag and allow to cool.
Fill tall glass with ice.
Add all ingredients including the tea and stir thoroughly.
Garnish with orange zest
