This Christmas, The Ivy Victoria Quarter celebrates with a joyful, festive installation, in the heart of the city, for guests and passers-by to enjoy; as well as a limited-edition cocktail menu created in collaboration with Plymouth Gin, available from Wednesday, 2 December.

On arrival, diners will be met with a beautiful installation at the brasserie’s entrance, complete with enchanting decorations, whilst inside, guests will be able to get in the Christmas spirit with a plethora of bespoke cocktails.

Mixed up by the restaurant’s bar team, creations will include the Forest Peach (£9.75) featuring Plymouth Gin, white peach nectar, winter spices, lemon juice and egg white, the Spiced Pear Bellini (£9.25) mixed with Absolut Elyx Vodka, pear purée and cinnamon spice topped with Prosecco, the Hot Grasshopper (£9.25), a warming version of the classic “After Eight” cocktail with Absolut Elyx Vodka, Crème de Menthe and cream and white syrup Odile, the Winter Swan (£9.50) complete with Absolut Vanilla, coconut rum, coconut purée and cream, and the Cognac Mulled Wine (9.95), a hot blend of red wine, Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, winter spices and cinamon.

There will also be some new additions to the menu:

For those looking to indulge in something a little sweeter, the brasserie will also be serving up a bespoke dessert this December, The Greatest Snowman (£10.95); vanilla parfait with a raspberry heart, perfect for guests who want to really get into the spirit of Christmas.

Rob Hynes, General Manager at The Ivy Victoria Quarter says:
“This year more than ever, it’s so important that we help spread Christmas cheer and joy to our guests and neighbours alike. We hope to put a smile on peoples’ faces as they pass by and look forward to welcoming diners over the coming weeks as we approach the most magical time of the year.”

The Ivy Victoria Quarter will re-open on Wednesday, 2 December, subject to additional announcements from the Government.
