Christmas Cocktail - Seasonal Gimlet

Having a gathering with fellow gin-lovers? This sophisticated festive flavoured gimlet, created with Slingsby Navy Strength Gin, is the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

Seasonal Gimlet - Ingredients

50ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
30ml Spiced Lime Cordial
20g black pepper
10g star anise
5g clove
10ml lime juice

Method:

Combine the lime cordial with cracked black pepper, star anise and clove

Leave for 6 hours, occasionally stirring then straining into a clean bottle.

Then add all of the ingredients to a stirring glass and stir for 30 seconds before serving in a coupe glass.
