Developer Unveils St Valentine’s Deals In Property Hotspot
To celebrate St Valentine’s Day, Huddersfield residential developer Yorkshire Country Properties has unveiled a trio of fabulous offers on three of its brand-new three-bedroom houses.
Two of the houses are at YCP’s Shepley development and one at Skelmanthorpe. Both developments are close to Huddersfield, recently named as the "UK’s premier property hotspot".
Price realignment mean that two houses at Knowle Grange, Shepley are now £355,000 and £330,000 respectively while the house at Whistle Bell Court, Skelmanthorpe is keenly priced at £315,000. All three include YCP’s upgrade choice free premium Karndean flooring and carpets. In addition, each home will have stamp duty paid, ranging from £3,250 to £5,200 depending on property. Terms and Conditions apply.
All three properties are now ready to move into.
According to mortgage provider Halifax, the Huddersfield area is a “house price hotspot”, where the average property has risen in value by just under nine per cent during the past 12 months.
Sam McGregor, head of sales at YCP, commented:
“Huddersfield, and the picturesque villages which surround the town, tick so many boxes. Houses here offer superb value for money, bearing in mind their excellent location, their beautiful surroundings and their first-class facilities. What a magnificent combination of factors.
“The lifestyle offering is unbeatable. Together with attractive country walks and historic pubs, there are also quality schools, thriving independent shops and a lively social scene. What’s more, it’s within easy reach of Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield, with city life on your doorstep, without paying a city’s higher property premiums.”
