International Coffee Day is on the 1st October so why not enjoy a quality coffee cocktail at home. Here is a fantastic recipe for an Espresso Martini.

The Espresso Martini is the ultimate evening cocktail and enjoyed by many the world over. Slingsby Gin has created a twist on this classic using citrus notes to create the Slingsby Marmalade Espresso Martini.

Slingsby Marmalade Espresso Martini - this twist on a classic is the ultimate sophisticated cocktail

Ingredients:

37.5ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
12.5ml Coffee Liqueur (Mr Black but would recommend Kahlua or Tia Maria as well)
25ml Espresso or Cold Brew (Artemis Cold Brew)
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake well with ice then remove the ice and shake once more.
Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.
