Halloween Cocktails To Go With A Punch!

With Halloween only a week away here are some amazing spooky cocktails and punch recipes for you to try - perfect for spooktacular dinner parties that might be taking place this year. These recipes are brought to you by the makers of Slingsby Gin.

Jack o lantern Cocktail

Ingredients

10ml aperol
10ml lemon juice
20ml orange juice
25ml London dry gin
top with a splash of prosecco

Method

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker,
Top with prosecco and garnish with orange zest.

Wiccan Toast Punch

Ingredients

1 part rhubarb gin
1 part pink grapefruit juice
½ elderflower cordial
2 part prosecco
frozen flower petals, rosemary and dehydrated orange.

Method

Pour all ingredients into a large punch bowl,
Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with frozen flower petals, rosemary and dehydrated orange.

Candy Corn Punch

Ingredients

1 part gin
2 part oj
¼ maraschino liqueur
1 part pineapple juice
½ lime juice
slice orange, pineapple, apricot and lime

Method

Take a glass bowl and add all of the liquid ingredients, along with some ice and stir
Add the slices of fruit
Try placing the glass bowl inside a hollowed out pumpkin to really impress.

Gooseberry Halloween Punch

Ingredients:

1 part Gooseberry Gin
1 part Cloudy Apple Juice
½ part Lime Juice
¼ Elderflower Cordial
Prosecco

Method:

Mix all ingredients
Garnish with mint leaves, sliced cucumber and white grapes


Marmalade Halloween Punch

Ingredients:

1 part Marmalade Gin
1 part Blood Orange juice
½ part Lemon Juice
1 Jar of Marmalade Preserve
Prosecco


Method:

Mix all ingredients
Garnish with orange slices and drizzle grenadine over the top

Smoked Negroni

A bitter sweet short cocktail with a Smokey kick, rich sweet vermouth balanced perfectly with equal measures of gin and Campari

Ingredients:

30ml London dry gin
30ml Campari
30ml vermouth

Method:

Mix all ingredients
Smoke the glass with a smoking gun
Garnish with burnt rosemary and grapefruit twist
