Happiness Tip 88
Vivienne Barnes, Happiness Coach
Welcome to week 88

Waterfall photo by E Photos
Many of you will know that from time to time I publish tips that I have picked up whilst I consider Happiness..and today I am posting an idea from Happiful Magazine..and sorting our stuff out and not hoarding does make such good sense to me so here it is;

Divide the space into zones
It may be a bookshelf, or the space under the bed, but start with decluttering just that zone before moving on to the next one.

Identify your weaknesses
Do you hang on to papers longer than you need? Or do you have a habit of getting overly sentimental about small things? Identify the habits and then clean up your act.

Find a home for everything
Not only will this make it easier for you to find things, but it will get you in the habit of putting items back where they belong.

Spread the joy
While an item may have served its purpose for you, there will be others out there who will benefit hugely from your old stuff. So if you’re 'umming' and 'ahhing', think about the next person.

the end

'Great thoughts for everyone me thinks!'
