Have a Rootin’ Tootin’ Cowboy Christmas!

 
Christmas may be just around the corner but forget Santa and prepare to don your best country and western gear!

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR) is offering exclusive hire of its beautifully restored Great Western Saloon Carriages W 80974 in a bid to entice customers to a rather different festive bash.

From November 26th and on selective dates throughout December, the lovingly restored carriage is set to accommodate up to 18 guests.

The Great Western Saloon carriage will be decked out with Christmas decorations and available for hire on 26, 27, 29 November, 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 28, 29, 30 December, and 2, 3, 4, 5 January.

Built in 1948, the rolling stock is a classic example of GWR's refined passenger carriages, featuring spacious interiors with polished wood panelling, plush seating, and large windows, promising stunning views of the North York Moors National Park.

Groups will receive a return journey from Grosmont to Pickering and lots of festive nosh.

Hire cost for up to 18 people: £1595.
