Hi Lu.Ci, For those who aren't familiar with you, tell us three interesting facts.

I'm not just a musical artist; I also paint, write poetry, and have a children’s book that I wish to publish.

You've just released your single, Jealousy; tell us more.

On iTunes, Jealousy went straight in at 3 in the singer/songwriter charts. It is about looking into your heart to see the reason why you're jealous of someone else and a bite back to haters.

If you had to file yourself alongside two other artists, who would they be?

Amy Winehouse and Paloma Faith

How typical of your sound is Jealousy?

The song is quite typical; it's a cocktail of electro, rock, and pop.

2024 has been a busy year for you; what has been your highlight so far?

The official Singles Download Charts now feature three of my singles. I hadn’t done this before, and this had always been a dream.

What is the best feedback you have heard so far?

My listeners have been telling me how much my music has helped them get through their darkest of days.

You are an independent act achieving mainstream success. How difficult is that?

Extremely difficult. Not a day goes by that is easy. It’s hard work, but it's totally worth it.

You have a great presence on social media; do you think that is key to a career in music these days?

Yes, completely. You need to be seen for your music to be listened to.

Can we expect to see you on the road solo any time soon?

I have a couple of live performances in September, and I would like to have a tour in the future.

If you could team up with one act, who would it be?

Oh, that's a hard one; there's so many. But to pick one, I’d go with Lady Gaga. She's an absolute showstopper.
