Planned Roadworks In Yorkshire And The Humber – Summary For Monday 18 To Sunday 24 November

The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of Friday 15 November and could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

M18 junction 6 Thorne

The northbound exit slip road will be fully closed overnight for two nights from Monday 18 November for technology work. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes.

M18/M1 junction 32 Thurcroft

The M18 southbound to the M1 northbound link road will be fully closed for five nights from Monday 18 November for barrier work. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes. The M18 southbound to the M1 northbound link road will be in narrow lanes with a 50mph speed limit from 6am on Tuesday 19 November until December.

M18 junction 1 Bramley

The southbound exit slip road will be fully closed overnight on Wednesday 20 November for technology work. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers can use clearly signed diversions.

M62 junction 30 Rothwell to junction 29 Lofthouse

The westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for two nights from Monday 18 November for carriageway repair. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, with clearly signed diversions in place.

M62 junction 32a Holmefield to junction 33 Ferrybridge

The eastbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for two nights from Monday 18 November for bridge work. The westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for three nights from Wednesday 20 November for the same reason. The closure runs from 8pm to 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes.

M62 junction 33 to junction 34 Whitley

The eastbound and westbound carriageway will be in narrow lanes with lane 3 closed and a 50mph speed limit until the end of the month.

M62 junction 36 Airymn to junction 37 Howden

The eastbound and westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for two nights from Saturday 23 November for bridge work. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, with clearly signed diversions in place.

A160 Eastfield to Manby

The eastbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for three nights from Monday 18 November for carriageway improvements. The westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for two nights from Thursday 21 November for the same reason. The closure runs from 8pm to 6am, and drivers can use clearly signed diversions.

A63 Mytongate to South Coates

The eastbound and westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight for five nights from Monday 18 November for improvement work. The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes.

A64 Old Malton to Staxton

The eastbound and westbound carriageway will be in narrow lanes until December due to drainage and barrier improvements.

A64 Pickering to Brambling Fields

The eastbound carriageway will have a 24/7 lane 1 closure with a 40mph speed limit until December.

A64 Fulford to Bondhill

The westbound carriageway will be fully closed overnight on Monday 18 November for carriageway improvements. The closures will take place between 9pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly signed diversion routes.

A628 Flouch to Gun Inn

The eastbound and westbound carriageway will be fully closure overnight for four nights from Monday 18 November for carriageway improvements. The closure runs from 8pm to 6am, with clearly signed diversions in place.

A64 Bondhill/Askham Bryan turn-off

The A64 between Bondhill and the Askham Bryan turn-off will be reduced to one lane Eastbound from 4am on Sunday 17 November until 5am on Monday 18 November due to Yorkshire Water carrying out emergency work.
