Slingsby Gin: Christmas Pudding

Harrogate based, Slingsby Gin, has launched a limited edition barrel-aged festive themed Gin just in time for Christmas.

Slingsby Barrel-Aged Christmas Pudding Gin exhibits rich oaky notes with subtle spices of cinnamon and clove. Winter fruits and a dulcet sweetness, complimented by spiced flavours and subtle grapefruit citrus, creating the decadent aroma of Christmas Pudding.

Created by resting their classing gin in oak barrels for 20 weeks. The process is similar to that of maturing whiskey, where the spirit is left to rest in barrels, in order to give a rich warm colour.

Get into the festive spirit and serve with ginger ale and an orange peel twist, for an unrivalled after Christmas dinner drink.
