Statement From Bradford Theatres Concerning Theatre Closures

The following is a statement regarding cancelled performances w/c 16 March at Bradford Theatres

Following the recommendation from the UK government yesterday (Monday 16 March), we can confirm all performances scheduled to take place at Bradford Theatres’ venues this week will unfortunately be cancelled or rescheduled. See detail below:

All performances of New Adventures/Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes at the Alhambra Theatre will be cancelled. The company will return with Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker! on 2-6 March 2021
The St Patrick's Day Heritage Tour at St George’s Hall will be postponed until 17 March 2021
Thank You For The Music at King’s Hall in Ilkley on 19 March will be rescheduled – date to follow
Premium Friends Tour on 19 March at St George’s Hall will be cancelled
Northern Live Do I Love You on 20 March at St George’s Hall will be rescheduled to 18 September 2020
Mother's Day Heritage Tour & Afternoon Tea on 21 March 2020 at St George's Hall will be cancelled

We ask all ticket holders to avoid contacting Bradford Theatres directly. The Box Office team will be in touch as soon as possible with those affected for shows this week.

For forthcoming performances from 23 March onwards, we are in discussions with producers and will keep our ticket holders informed. The safety and health of our staff and visitors is our number one priority and we will continue to follow any recommendations from the relevant authorities and implement all appropriate instructions accordingly.
