About Crown Commercial Service (CSS)
When supplying public sector organisations, there are many requirements that the government looks for to balance cost, effectiveness, environmental impact and reliability.
CCS supports the public sector to gain the greatest commercial value when buying common goods and services and supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
I am really proud of our teams for being awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services Framework, RM6098, Technology Products and Associated Services. Techbuyer’s central focus has always been on sustainability and the reuse of IT technology; being awarded a place on the Framework allows us to demonstrate our capabilities to the Public Sector by utilising our 18 years of experience in designing, configuring and supporting complex IT solutions, whether using refurbished technology, new technology via our partnership with the industry leading vendors, or a hybrid mix of both. Providing the best solution for our customers and the planet is at the forefront of all we do.
