The Ivy Collection will be opening its two further Yorkshire brasseries, The Ivy Harrogate and The Ivy St Helen’s Square in York, on Wednesday, 15 July.

Both brasseries will be open daily from 11.30am, offering sophisticated dining in a relaxed yet safe environment, as well as a menu of much-loved classics and creative cocktails.

Situated in the heart of York, The Ivy St Helen’s Square will once again offer locals and visitors alike with an all-encompassing, contemporary British menu. The team are excited to welcome diners back into the restaurant and private dining room this summer.

The Ivy Harrogate will also once again be providing a local, friendly and neighbourly environment for those living, working and shopping in the area. Guests of the restaurant will also be able to make use of the brasserie’s beautiful terrace, an ideal location for those wishing to dine al fresco on sunnier days.

If you want to impress a loved one or take a relative out for a special meal I speak from experience when I say that you will not be disappointed.

Whilst service will still remain a priority, both restaurants will be implementing the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring both guests and employees will be dining and working in confidence and in a safe environment.

Measures will include thermal cameras for temperature checks, the use of tracking software for all employees logging daily temperature readings over a seven-day rolling period, and professional deep cleaning and disinfecting on a daily basis. Dedicated members of staff have also been appointed to ensure that health and safety is at its highest standard on an on-going basis.

Jon Pinner, Operations Manager at The Ivy Collection says:
“We are delighted to be re-opening our two beautiful restaurants in Yorkshire on Wednesday, 15 July. Both myself and the team are very excited to welcome back guests and our regulars once more, whilst ensuring both diners and staff are maintaining a safe distance at all times.”

You never know the sun might shine too on 15th July - St Swithins Day so hopefully we will get 40 days of fine weather to follow so that we can all experience the outdoor terrace at the Harrogate restaurant.
