...welcome to week 27..
...I think it's important, especially when life feels and/or is tough..to ensure there is something in the diary to look forward to..a simple guilt free pleasure..
..this can be different things dependent upon your circumstances..for me for example it could be anything from ringing a dear friend I haven't spoken to for a while, having my nails done!, having lunch with a friend, going for a walk and enjoying whatever nature is offering, buying a new magazine and actually giving myself the time and permission to read it...and so on..
...just please be aware we do need to be kind to ourselves..we really do..
