Welcome to week 64

...I think that Fear can make us feel unhappy..whether the fear is real or imagined..and I am suggesting that if there is a fear in your life at the moment that you consider 'is it real or from your own previous experience'

..or are you imaging the worst based upon other's comments

..you see the thing is that you have survived thus far haven't you?..you have managed to deal with all the issues you have needed to deal with...so can you separate your fear from you and get that it is simply a feeling borne of perhaps your imagination..

..and if your fear is keeping you from focusing upon your work or activities or even a good night's sleep perhaps write it down and get it out of your head where it simply chases around and around..it most likely will feel different in a few hours or in the morning..
