Vegan Events UK's first Sheffield Vegan Festival arrives at The English Institute of Sport this Sunday (May 12). With over 60 stalls offering a diverse selection of vegan foods, beauty products, candles, jewellery, crafts, and more, there's something for everyone.

Described as the ultimate celebration of an ethical, animal friendly and eco lifestyle, this extravaganza will provide the ultimate inspiration for vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians, those thinking about going vegan or wanting to include more vegan products in their diet – everyone is welcome.

Festival highlights include world food caterers, dairy and meat alternatives, products you won’t find in the supermarket, recipes, nutritional advice and budget cooking ideas, talks and cookery demos and much more.

Featured stalls include Miracle’s Mission, Doughnotts and Sheffield’s Bamboo Bobbi. Miracle’s Mission helps animals worldwide starting with its rescue, neuter and education programme in Borneo and Malaysia, providing stray animals with safety, comfort and health. Sheffield-based Bamboo Bobbi is a sustainable bamboo toilet roll brand, packaged in 100% recycled paper. They don’t use bleach, chemicals or plastics and are a not-for-profit business. All profits will be used to provide local food banks in Sheffield with essentials. Doughnotts is a handmade doughnut company, originating in Nottingham with 9 sites around the Midlands.

Also exhibiting are Sheffield’s All Carrot No Stick, a vegan grocery store and Steph's Cakes, a home based vegan bakery located in Sheffield, specialising in cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, vegan clotted cream and more.

Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue is a small Leeds-based charity that re-homes rabbits and runs events. Their mission is to protect and advocate for rabbits in need. Pet Respect is a Hull based animal charity promoting responsible pet ownership and offering animal assisted therapy services.

There will also be a stall selling Bo’s Book, a new cook book that features simple, easy-to-follow recipes together with beautiful illustrations of dogs from animal welfare charity, Miracle’s Mission. All the profits go to help needy dogs at Miracle's Mission.

Vegan events UK was founded in 2017 with the aim of promoting veganism. Their events provide customers with a one stop shopping experience where all of your vegan products and services can be found in one place. They provide small and family run businesses with a place to promote and sell their products and services. They aim to educate people about what veganism is and to show people how easy, affordable, healthy and varied living a vegan lifestyle can be.
