Celebrate National Picnic Week With Slingsby Gin Cocktails

Why not have a picnic to remember this summer!

National Picnic Week takes place from 21-30 June across the UK, so grab your blankets and baskets out of the cupboards and get out to the great outdoors for a good old fashioned picnic.

Slingsby Gin have created some delicious cocktails to enjoy on your picnic come rain or shine.

Raspberry & Lemon Spritz

Ingredients:

40ml Slingsby London Dry Gin

4 Raspberries

10ml Crème de Cassis

20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

Lemonade

Method:

Churn all ingredients in a tall glass.

Add ice, stir and add lemonade.

Garnish with a twist of lemon and a raspberry.

Rhubarb Picnic

Ingredients:

30ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin

3 Spoons Strawberry Jam

5ml Maraschino

50ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Method:

Build all ingredients in a glass with ice

Garnish with a fruity strawberry!

Gooseberry Fizz

Ingredients:

40ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

15ml Simple Syrup

40ml Cloudy Apple Juice

6 Mint Leaves

Lemonade

Method:

Build all ingredients in a tall glass with ice.

Top with Lemonade

Garnish with a mint sprig.
