Cocktails To Keep You Cool
Now that summer is finally here, The Ice Co want to keep everyone cool with some delicious (frozen) drinks recipes for you to enjoy while soaking up those rays!
All of these tasty recipes are quick, easy, and simple to make and are perfect for surviving the sunny weather.

Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
x1 handful Crushed Ice
x1 measure rum
x1 measure lime juice
x1 teaspoon powdered sugar
x1 handful strawberries
Method:
1. Add the Crushed Ice and all the other ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds until the cocktail is smooth.
3. Scoop into a glass and serve with a garnish of strawberry on the side.
Mango and Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x3 strawberries
x3 mango chunks
x1 measure tequila
x1 tsp sugar
x1 measure lime juice
Garnish: lime wheel
Method:
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a blender.
2. Once smooth pour into a glass, garnish and serve.
Strawberry Moon Colada
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 measure white rum
x1 measure strawberry liqueur
x2 measures pineapple juice
x1 measure coconut milk
Garnish: Coconut Little Moon, strawberry and pineapple chunk
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, garnish with a Coconut Little Moon and serve!
Strawberry Deuce
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Party Ice
x2 measures vanilla vodka
x1/2 measure strawberry liqueur
x1 measure sugar syrup
x1 measure Lime juice
Garnish: scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberries
Method:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, sugar syrup and lime juice.
2. Shake well and strain into a tumbler half-filled with Party Ice.
3. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberry then serve.
Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:
x4 handfuls Party Ice
x1 whole watermelon
x2 lime
x1 bottle lemonade or sparkling water
Method:
1. Remove the skin and pips of a watermelon, cut into chunks and add to a blender. Save some slices of watermelon for later!
2. Add 2 handfuls of party ice and the juice of 1 lime. Blend for 30 seconds or until mixed.
3. Pour into a drinks dispenser over 2 handfuls of ice and top with lemonade or sparkling water. Add slices of lime and watermelon for decoration. It's now ready to serve!
