Strategic property and construction advisors, Fox Lloyd Jones (FLJ) has completed the letting of 2 Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, to education technology business PASS, acting on behalf of landlord High Point Estates Ltd.

PASS is a fast-growing education technology company headquartered in Harrogate, developing digital products and services that support schools, colleges, training providers and learners across the UK, through its two brands Pass and Pass Learn.

Following recent private equity investment, the business has entered a new phase of growth, expanding both its product offering and its team. The letting of 2 Victoria Avenue provides PASS with a new headquarters to support its continued expansion and future recruitment plans in the town.

Located in the centre of Harrogate, 2 Victoria Avenue provides high-quality office accommodation in one of the town’s established commercial locations. The property attracted interest from occupiers seeking high-quality office accommodation in a central location, reflecting continued demand for well-presented workspace within the town centre.

Oliver Naylor, co-founder of PASS, said: “Having worked with Harry, Bethan and others across the Fox Lloyd Jones team, we were quickly able to evaluate the commercial aspects of the deal and gain a good understanding of how the space could work for us.”

“The process was professional throughout, and we’re delighted to have secured a fantastic office that will support the continued growth of PASS and Pass Learn over the coming years.”

Bethan Linehan, Senior Surveyor at Fox Lloyd Jones, said: “We’re pleased to have secured a successful outcome for High Point Estates, bringing a high-quality occupier into 2 Victoria Avenue.”

“The letting demonstrates the continued demand for well-located office accommodation in Harrogate and the confidence that growing businesses have in the town as a place to invest, recruit and expand.”

The transaction further demonstrates the continued strength of the Harrogate office market, with growing businesses continuing to seek high-quality accommodation to support long-term expansion plans.

Availability in the building includes small suites from 452 sq ft & a full floor extending to 5,470 sq ft.
