Leeds-based mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) service provider, G&H, has secured contracts with new clients Rendall and Rittner and Martin House Children’s Hospice, and expanded its client partnership with Hartnell Taylor Cook (HTC), reinforcing the continued growth of its maintenance department.

G&H will deliver a three-year maintenance programme at Edenwood House in London, on behalf of residential property management firm, Rendall and Rittner. It has also been appointed by Martin House Children’s Hospice in Wetherby to deliver a maintenance programme, over an initial three-year period, that will ensure the building is efficient, fully compliant and comfortable for the children and young people receiving treatment, as well as their families.

The awarding of the maintenance contracts follows the end-to-end MEP service provider delivering the complete design and build packages, in partnership with main contractor JJ Rhatigan for Edenwood House, and on behalf of Meldrum Construction Services for Martin House Children’s Hospice.

In addition, and reflecting the strength of existing client relationships, independent property consultancy HTC has expanded its maintenance agreement with G&H, increasing the number of sites managed from one (an office block in Leeds) to a further 13. The supplementary properties span Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Newcastle, Manchester, Widnes, and Nottingham.

Across all sites, a dedicated maintenance team will deliver planned preventative maintenance programmes, carrying out regular inspections and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems including plant, fire alarms, lighting, power generation and heating and cooling equipment. Their proactive approach will maximise building performance, reduce reactive call-outs, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
