Harrogate Classic Car Club Seeks New Members

At their recent AGM, the Harrogate MG Club has been rebranded as the Harrogate MG and Classic Car Club. You can see the intention here…

The name change was agreed upon to reflect the current membership more accurately and also in the hope of attracting more members. They are a friendly and welcoming crowd.



The club organises a varied programme throughout the year including classic car runs, attending local and national events and they invite guest speakers, covering a variety of interesting topics that are not all car related.

One of the highlights and biggest commitments is the hosting of the annual classic car show held at the Nidderdale Showground in Pateley Bridge. This year’s event will take place on Sunday 7th August. I hope to attend as usual.

The event has enabled the club to make charitable donations to local good causes since first holding the show over 35 years ago.
