Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I (SBF GB&I), the UK producer of popular brands including Lucozade, Ribena, and Orangina, has appointed Adventoris, a Software as a Service (SaaS) business based in Huddersfield, to develop and manage its new B2B trade ordering platform for the UK and Ireland.

SBF GB&I, which is part of the Japan-based Suntory Group, selected Adventoris’ SwiftCloud platform after a comprehensive selection process. The platform was chosen for its agility and established track record within the competitive beverage industry. The new system is scheduled to launch in early 2026.

SwiftCloud is Adventoris’ flagship offering, enabling wholesale customers to place orders 24/7, browse products, and access technical information via a fully branded, customisable portal. The platform already supports over 220 clients, including significant names in the food and drink sector such as Pepsi Co, AG BARR, and Hallgarten & Novum Wines, demonstrating its capability to handle high-volume trade ordering.

The project aims to modernise SBF GB&I’s trade ordering process, transitioning its wholesale clients to a streamlined online solution.

Matthew Gouldsmith, Plan and Deliver Director at SBF GB&I, said: “We have been seeking a customer ordering solution that transitions our clients to a streamlined online platform - one that enhances efficiency, provides real-time availability insights, and supports a seamless end-to-end order-to-billing process.”

He added: “Following a rigorous selection process, we are pleased to announce SwiftCloud as our chosen partner. Their proven expertise, collaborative approach, and clear communication made them the ideal fit for this strategic initiative. Development is progressing on schedule, and the partnership has been marked by a strong spirit of collaboration and shared commitment to delivering a best-in-class solution for our customers.”
