Immingham Town FC has teamed up with award-winning and family-owned Beal Homes to launch homes at a £105 million development in Lincolnshire.

The local town was represented by their first team manager Jon Davy and vice-captain Alfie Davy as they opened two new show homes at Beal’s Highfields development in Immingham.
This event marked a key milestone for the prestigious development which will bring 525 new homes to the town in North East Lincolnshire.

On the opening event for the Highfields development, the field sales manager of East Yorkshire-based Beal, Harriet Walker, said: "We're really pleased to open our new show homes, and it was a pleasure to have Immingham Town FC join us for the occasion.

“Highfields is a major, long-term investment in Immingham, and we’re keen to play an active role in the local community as the development grows, so it was great that the town’s football club could do the honours for the show homes opening.

“Since launching Highfields last summer we’ve seen strong sales and high levels of interest. We expect that to intensify now that the show homes are open and house hunters can truly experience the exceptional quality and choice we offer.”
The two representatives of the club attended the event after being named as winners of a Beal “Community Chest” initiative which allows worthy local causes to be nominated for a chance to win a £1,000 sponsorship.

Beal’s scheme invites people to vote for who they want to win the funding by liking and commenting on Beal’s social media posts.

On the funding, which is a major boost for the club, Immingham Town’s first team manager, Jon Davy said: “We’re absolutely delighted and incredibly grateful to have been awarded the Community Chest.

“The funding will make a real difference, helping us to continue developing our facilities and provide a better environment for players, supporters and visiting teams. In particular, we’re looking to invest in improvements that enhance the matchday experience and support the growth of grassroots football at the club.

“Being invited to open the new show homes was a real honour. It’s fantastic to be part of such a positive development in the area, and we’re proud to represent the community on this occasion.”

Alongside the £1,000 donations, representatives from Immingham Town FC were invited to kick off an open day at the Lincolnshire development, which saw invited guests, including buyers who have already reserved properties, being given a first opportunity to explore the new show homes.
