Regional law firm LCF Law is scaling up its operations in Leeds, launching a recruitment drive and outdoor marketing campaign to build capacity across its core practice areas.
The firm, which has maintained an office on Park Place since 2020, is expanding its teams across corporate law, property, dispute resolution, and personal legal services to meet rising client demand. To boost visibility in the commercial district, LCF Law has installed ten branded flags along Boar Lane and Wellington Street.
This growth follows a busy period for the practice, which has added 26 new professionals since the start of the year, bringing its total headcount across offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, and Ilkley to 149. Earlier this year, the firm was named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second time.
Ragan Montgomery, managing partner at LCF Law, said: “Leeds is an incredibly important city for our business, and we're committed to continuing our investment here. As we've grown, we've recognised that although we have a strong presence in Leeds, we haven't had the visibility in the city centre that reflects the scale of our business or our ambitions.
“Installing these flags is a way of increasing our profile and demonstrating our long-term commitment to Leeds. We're continuing to recruit talented people, invest in our teams and support businesses across the city and the wider region, so it’s important that our presence better reflects who we are today.”
