Leeds Burgeoning Tech Community Continues To Grow
Real estate services specialist JLL brokered the deal, which will see the digital provider move to the established and popular area of Leeds South Bank.
One Leeds City Office Park, which has been comprehensively refurbished by Credit Suisse, provides some of the largest floorplates available in the city. With a 4,000 sq ft full-height atrium, it provides ideal space for collaboration and relaxation.
Global client services technology firm, Conduent, will employ 240 employees in the Leeds operation having won a substantial new government contract, that will see them working across the UK’s transport and infrastructure system.
